WHERE DOES STOCKPILE BLVD. SHIP FROM?
All orders are shipped from San Diego,California.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 7–15 business days.

Stockpile BLVD. operates on a made-to-order model, meaning each piece is crafted after you order. This helps us eliminate excess inventory and reduce waste.

We do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays. Orders will not be processed on the following days:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

  • Presidents' Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Columbus Day

  • Veterans Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

Stockpile BLVD. is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by weather, shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship using USPS, DHL, and UPS Ground. Orders placed during normal business hours are typically fulfilled within 10–15 days. Additional time may be required if order verification is needed.

Free standard shipping is offered on all U.S. orders over $100.

Shipping costs may vary based on your selected method and delivery destination.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Once tracking is provided, Stockpile BLVD. is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If the situation is determined to be out of both parties’ control, we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Return & Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All purchases from Stockpile BLVD. are considered final.

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at stockpileblvd@gmail.com

If a return is approved due to a product defect:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery with supporting photos.

  • Return shipping for exchanges is not covered by Stockpile BLVD.

  • Return labels are only issued for U.S. addresses.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund via the original payment method. If alternative arrangements are necessary, we’ll notify you via email.

Address Corrections & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Stockpile BLVD. is not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Returned packages are not eligible for cancellation, and the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
